Jose was always a joker and a great friend. I always called him Joaquin. It was an inside joke of ours from 7th grade spanish class. My last run into Jose was in September of 2008. I was shipping out on my to Iraq. Our plane had to make a quick stop in Bangor, Maine to refuel. Ironically enough, there Jose was returning from Iraq. We did a quick catch up of our lifes, shared war stories, and had to part our own ways. Rest easy my friend! Thanks for your service.
