Victor was always a solder of the Lord he would always say that he was in victory and always gave advice to who ever was around him to always keep the faith in the Lord to always look up and no matter what situation in the midst of it worship God. Victor has left an impression of the lives of many and as a vessel that the Lord used for his glory My condolences to the family and my respects a moment of silence to remember him. Victor Won the race he is home with the Lord Victory when to be home with the Lord on Thursday and we will never forget the empowering testimony God bless the family and remember you are not alone.
