Obituary of David E Langlois Sr.

David E Langlois Sr, 63 of Vineland, NJ, passed away on Saturday, June 17, 2023 unexpectedly. Born in Elizabeth, NJ on May 29, 1960 to Harriet Gilbert Langlois.

David was a retire from Southern State Prison, where he worked for over 20 years as a correction officer.

He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, spending time with his grand kids, and close family. He also had a love for music and his truck.

David will always be remembered as the best cook, great dad and best poppop and uncle. He was loved by all who knew him. His smile and laugh was contagious wherever he would go.

He is predeceased by his father, Gilbert Langlois; his mother, Harriett Langlois; brothers, Charles Gilbert Langlois and Butch Peters and sisters', MaryAnn Hebert, Cindy Barnes and Lynn Corson.

David is survived by his daughters, Carrie Cross, partner Mathew Hill, and Meghan Langlois; son, David Langlois Jr; his grandchildren, Chasity and Miley Cross; his wife, Poonam Malani; his sisters, Dawn Sheppard, Rose Mary Lugo, Laura Weldon, Jenny Lee and brothers, Dick Langlois and Kurt Langlois, and many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received on Friday, June 23, 2023 from 6pm to 8pm and again on Saturday, June 24, 2023 from 10am to 12pm with funeral services at 12pm at DeMarco- Luisi Funeral Home 2755 S Lincoln Ave. Vineland.
