Franklin Lynch, 80 of Vineland, died Tuesday, June 25, 2013 at home and surrounded by his loving family. Born in Halifax County, North Carolina, he has been a resident of Vineland since 1970. Franklin was a machine operator for Yale Company of Philadelphia, Pa. He was a veteran of the United States Army and also was employed by Wheaton Village as a train conductor in Millville. He was a member of Haliwa-Saponi Indian Tribe of Hollister, North Carolina. Franklin enjoyed gardening, watching Phillies Baseball games and was a loving and caring father and grandfather. He is predeceased by two brothers, Mack and Ellis Lynch. He is survived by: His wife of 57 years, Elizabeth (Schick) Lynch of Vineland His children: Anton Lynch and wife Gladys of Vineland Rosa Linda Lynch of Bridgeton Brant Lynch of Atco Gary Lynch of North Carolina Mark Lynch and fianc Kelly Santoro of Vineland Grandchildren: Mark, James and wife Brandi, Brandi, Kayla and Dushonka Lynch, Melanie Reyes and husband Luis and Alfred Robles Great grandchildren: Jazmyn Lynch, Destiny and Christopher DiPrimio Luis, Jr. and Sofie Reyes, Riley and Sofie Robles 2 brothers: Arnold and John Lynch 3 sisters: Wilma and Daisy Holland Angie Wilson Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 12 noon at DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home, 2755 S. Lincoln Ave. Vineland. Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Vineland. Friends will be received on Saturday morning from 10am to 12 noon at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Haliwa-Saponi Indian Tribe, P.O. Box 99 Hollister, North Carolina 27844.
