Jim Forcinito was elected to Vineland City Council, serving two consecutive terms, from July 1, 2000 to June 30, 2008. I worked closely with him as a candidate and then as an elected official.
He was a dedicated and thoughtful member of the governing body. I found him to be of pleasant personality, always offering a kind word.
My deepest condolences are offered to his constant companion, Pat, and to his children and grandchildren.
