Obituary of Israel Gonzalez-Borrero Sr.

Israel Gonzalez-Borrero Sr., 72, of Vineland, NJ passed away on January 8, 2025 in Vineland.

Born on November 5, 1952, in Utuado, Puerto Rico to Faustino Gonzalez and Inez Borrero, Israel spent over 30 years working in sanitation at Riche's Produce, where he was known for his dedication and hard work.

He is lovingly remembered by his wife, Zaida Gonzalez of Vineland; his children, Israel Gonzalez Jr. of Vineland, Beatriz Gonzalez of Puerto Rico, and Julian Gonzalez and Christian Gonzalez of Vineland; nine grandchildren, including seven grandsons and two granddaughters.

Israel is also survived by many cherished brothers, sisters, nieces, and nephews, whose lives he touched with his kindness, humor, and love. He will be deeply missed by his large and loving family and all who knew him.

Family and friends will be received on Monday January 13, 2025 from 12:00pm until 1:30pm followed by a funeral service at 1:30pm at DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home 2755 S. Lincoln Ave. Vineland, NJ. Burial will be private.
