Obituary of Laurence Marandino III

Please share a memory of Laurence to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved son, Laurence (Larry) Marandino III, 31 years old. Larry left this world on Tuesday, January 14, 2025.

Larry resided with his parents in Franklinville, NJ and grew up in Minotola, NJ. He is survived by his father, Laurence Marandino, Jr. and his mother, Kimberly A. Marandino (Gould); his sister Christa A. Marandino and husband Tobias Steinhoff, and Larry's nephew Noah Laurence Steinhoff; his sister Jenna Nicole Marandino and her partner Mario Vilella Martinez, and Larry's nephew and niece, Sebastian (Luca) Sabolocka and Aaliyah Vilella Marandino; his grandmother, Linda Lafflin; many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins; and his best friend, Joseph Seda (Jojo) and his family. Larry was godfather to Jojo's son, Joseph.

Larry was predeceased by his grandparents, Laurence and Sophia Marandino and his aunt and uncle, Neil and Marie Sikking (who ALWAYS demanded a kiss from young Larry).

Larry was a great athlete and excelled in every sport he tried. Larry also loved to snowboard. Larry was a sports enthusiast, loved all teams Philly, Notre Dame football and Duke basketball. He was a stock market buff, liked a good parlay, especially if it gave him a win. He had a great sense of humor, had a big heart, and loved his rotty, Royal. Larry worked in the family produce business and enjoyed buying produce from the Vineland auction. Larry loved working beside his father and their friend, Carlos Serrano. Larry was a good soul who loved his family. He will be greatly missed by all who loved him.

In lieu of flowers, Larry's parents ask that you consider making a donation in his name to any animal shelter of your choice, or the American Red Cross for fire relief.

The family will hold a private memorial service to remember our dearly loved son and brother.
