Octavio Roman, 91 of Vineland, passed away on Saturday, September 21, 2013 at Inspira Medical Center.
Born in Utuado, Puerto Rico he was a hardworking farm laborer in Puerto Rico and loved gardening and spending time with his family.
He is predeceased by 4 children, Any, William, Efrain and Angel.
Survived by his wife, Maria Roman
7 sons: Jose, Juan, Daniel, Rafael, Nelson, Octavio, Jr., and Elvin
13 daughters: Ana, Carmen, Irma, Nydia, Rosa, Daisy, Doris, Sonia, Myrta,
Miryam, Marta, Mayra and Ada
Several grandchildren and great grandchildren
1 sister: Luisa Mercado
Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 10am at the DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home 2755 S. Lincoln Ave., Vineland. Octavio will be laid to rest in
Sacred Heart Cemetery, Vineland. Friends will be received on Wednesday evening from 6pm to 8pm and again on Thursday morning from 9am to 10am at the funeral home.
