My thoughts are with Glenn, Linda and Steve at this time of sadness. My dear, sweet Aunt Rita - my favorite aunt and my mother Hilda's closest sister. Aunt Rita had a gentle soul and a kind heart. In her younger years, Aunt Rita was right there to join in the fun no matter what it was - camping, go-karts, mini-bikes or lighting the fireworks on July 4th!!! The hardest I ever saw my Aunt Rita laugh was the day when we all convinced her to take the mini-bike around the yard for a spin and she took a turn by mistake and ended up in the Lilac bushes!! She loved every minute of those fun times. We had more fun than any family I know - trips to Florida were the best and I will never forget how hard we all laughed about the great adventures. God rest her sweet soul and I will miss my phone chats with her so very much. I pray she is at peace now and smiling down on us with George, Asbury and Hilda - the old gang is back together.
