Obituary of Molly Susan Guinan

Molly Susan Guinan, 12, God's light, departed on Thursday, January 9, 2014 and earned her Angel wings.
Molly was the daughter of Kevin and Judith (Reuss) Guinan. She is the apple of her father's eye and his princess. Molly is her mother's whole life. She is also survived by her brother Kevin Guinan, Jr. Molly loved her brother very much and waited for him to come home from school to play everyday.
Molly was born with a congenital heart defect and endured many hospitalizations, but that never kept her from enjoying life. She had the most beautiful smile and she would light up a room. Molly was very caring, always worrying if someone else was hurt or upset. She was also bright, funny, and sweet. She loved and everyone loved her.
Molly's heart condition never stopped her from participating in life. She currently attended the Wallace middle school, but loved her family at Petway Elementary School where she attended for seven years and became one of their family. She made long lasting friendships with her classmates, teachers, and staff.
Molly loved to play music and dance. She enjoyed watching videos, drawing, and coloring. She loved spending time with her parents, brother, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Molly played baseball for the North Vineland Challenger League. She was a member of the Snow Angel Blitz cheerleading squad, and attended summer camp at the ARC of Cumberland County and she attended CCD at St. John of God in Westville, NJ and made her First Holy Communion.
Molly was predeceased by her grandfather Francis G. Reuss, Jr., and great grandmother Mary Scattolini.
In addition to her parents and brother, Molly is survived by her grandparents; Frances (LaTorre) Reuss, Michael and Kimberly Guinan, Gail Guinan, and Terry Giannascoli, her aunts and uncles; Mary "Auntie M" Margaret Reuss, Patricia and Robert Brosh, Susan and Jack Martine, Adrienne and John Viola, Francis and Lee-Anne Reuss III, Christopher Hannah and his companion Krista Hubler, her cousins; Jacqueline, Juliana, Jared and Jeffery Martine, Robbie and Raquel Brosh, Alexandria "Lexi" Viola, Samantha and Frankie Reuss, her great aunts and uncles; Mary Viani, Neil Guinan, Lois and Darrell Fineman and Ann LaTorre, and many other extended family and friends who loved her very much.
The family would like you to hold a dear memory of Molly and she will live on with us forever.
A funeral liturgy will be celebrated on Wednesday at 10:30am at Christ the Good Shepherd Parish, Sacred Heart Church, 1010 E. Landis Ave., Vineland. Molly will be laid to rest at Siloam Cemetery, Vineland. Friends will be received on Tuesday evening from 6pm to 8pm and Wednesday morning from 9am to 10am at the DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home 2755 S. Lincoln Ave., Vineland. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Molly Susan Guinan Memorial Fund c/o Petway Elementary School, 1115 S. Lincoln Ave., Vineland, NJ 08361 for playground equipment for special children.
