Concepcion "Connie" Marrero, 62 of Vineland passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday June 18th, 2014 at her home. She was born in Corozal, Puerto Rico and was a longtime resident of Vineland. Connie was a homemaker and enjoyed listening to music, dancing and spending time with her family.
She is predeceased by her son Fredis "Smokey" Rivera, with whom she was sent to be with in heaven.
She is survived by her loving husband of 32 years, Fredis Rivera, four children, Luis Marrero and fiancée Stephanie Horn, Victor Rodriguez and wife Jennifer, Juan Rodriguez and fiancée Denise Ramos and her daughter and best friend Christina Rivera. Many sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Our hearts are broken, but we know you are with Smokey. Words can't describe how much you mean to all of us. You will be deeply missed. We will never get over the loss, but we will always have our memories.

Friends and family will be received on Tuesday June 24th, 2014 from 6pm to 8pm at the DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home 2755 S. Lincoln Ave., Vineland. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the family.
