Pedro Juan Melendez, 79 of Vineland, died Friday, February 17, 2012 at the SJ Regional Medical Center, Vineland. Born in Cayey, Puerto Rico, Pedro resided in Vineland for many years.
He was employed by many several clothing factories as a knitter. Pedro enjoyed fishing, telling jokes and was very proud of his family.
He is predeceased by his wife, Modesta Melendez in 1993.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 11am at the DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home 2755 S. Lincoln Ave., Vineland. Burial will follow in Siloam Cemetery.
