Dear Family & Friends,
The death of a loved one can cause much sorrow, especially when it is unexpected. In these times, though, God promises to be there for you. Notice how he is described: “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our tribulation…� (2Cor. 1:3,4A)
It is reassuring to know that we can draw close to God in prayer, and He will support us and help us get through the time of grieving. Hopefully soon your sadness will be replaced by wonderful memories.
